Research Products Only

All products sold by GP Peptides are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only and are not intended for human or veterinary consumption.

Due to the specialized nature of research materials, all sales are considered final except where a return or refund is expressly permitted under this policy.

Returns

Returns may be accepted in the following circumstances:

  • An incorrect product was received
  • A product was damaged during shipping
  • Items are missing from an order
  • A product has a verified manufacturing defect or damaged packaging upon delivery

If your order qualifies for a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, products must:

  • Remain unopened and unused
  • Be in their original packaging
  • Include all original labels and documentation
  • Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase

Refunds

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, GP Peptides will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Exchanges

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, GP Peptides may provide a replacement at no additional product cost, subject to verification and availability.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for returns or refunds:

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is required because of an error on our part.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before they have entered processing or been shipped.

Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
